“Aluminium found in water, food, cosmetics and medicines could be poisoning our brains and causing Alzheimer’s disease”, professor Christopher Exley, of Keele Universityhas claimed.
Professor Exley said the very fact that studies have revealed aluminium deposits in the brain should serve as a warning that we are being contaminated.
He said: ‘The presence of aluminium in the human brain should be a red flag alerting us all to the potential dangers of the aluminium age. (source)
We are living in the “Age of Aluminum”, according to Dr. Chris Exley who has dedicated over twenty years of his life to research into aluminum toxicity.
“In his study, he used Malaysian mineral water brand Spritzer. In the U.S., brands that have high enough levels of silicic acid to penetrate the blood barrier and remove any aluminum present, are Fiji and Volvic. Fiji has the highest levels of the mineral, so is the most effective brand available in the U.S. However, you should steer away from sweetened or flavored versions of either of these waters.
If you drink a substantial enough amount of a silica-rich mineral water, then you too can remove aluminum from the brain safely and effectively.” (source)
Aluminum has historically been considered to be relatively non-toxic in healthy individuals, who can tolerate oral daily doses of as much as 7.2 grams of aluminum without any apparent harmful effects. However, there is now abundant evidence that aluminum may cause adverse effects on the nervous system.
